Would appreciate better respect for time. If I come in stating I have an appointment after, and someone tells me 30-35 minutes, I expect to be in and out in close to that time, vs a bit over an hour. I was not late for my appointment in Martinsburg, WV, but I did not have much time between those appointments. If I say, I have little time for surveys, and I am driving a significant amount of my work day, and don't actually have a survey, which apparently that was never sent, and when it was it was sent via Text, which I tend to not trust as a computer professional. If I state, that I may want to schedule other service later because I need to be at another appointment, I expect us to circle back to schedule that appointment later. For many normal maintenance items and/or wear items, I can usually service it myself. I did appreciate the information, however, I do see where it can generate more work and income for the shop for many people. I was impressed with the facility and equipment at that facility, and the fact that I can watch techs work from the waiting room.

Very nice. We really enjoyed the time we were there while purchasing our new vehicle. Larry Gascoigne, our salesman, was kind, answered all our questions and enjoyable to work with.

I bought my car here six years ago but was not a Google reviewer then, but I just had to come back now and give some flowers to Jeff Garber. I called him from Maryland to ask if they had the car I wanted after going to three different places and being treated with absolute rudeness. How many honest people can say I bought a car over the phone, and did not test drive it! Well that is what you get when you deal with Tom Roe at CMA Huyndia of Winchester! I informed him of what I was looking for, and what I could afford. He sent me some links to some cars and that’s all it took. He not only gave me the best deal, but delivered the car to me. Tom was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! As a single Asian mom, I had my concerns with “Sales Tactics”, and was informed that the cars are run by the shop to make sure they are safe and reliable! My first contact was on 4/7/26 and my care was delivered to me on 4/13/26 Thank you Tom for putting me in a safe and reliable car!

Eli helped me get an amazing deal for a new hybrid Elantra. He communicated well, didn’t waste my time. I spent a little less than 2 hours at the dealership and left happy!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with our vehicle purchasing experience at CMA Hyundai of Winchester. The dealership was new, fresh and comfortable. The rest rooms were clean and odor free. Picking up the vehicles on Monday evening, Eli was extremely helpful (especially in explaining vehicle features to my wife). Tim, the finance manager was informative, easy going and not pushy and the detail personnel presented our vehicles in what can be described as “parade quality”. Glenn on that sales team gets 5 stars, great guy was wonderful with our kids. Quality and Experience gets 2 stars because vehicle needed AC compressor replaced on day of purchase (why this wasn’t checked before being put on the lot is concerning) which set us back a day. And after having the car for less than 24 hours the check engine light came on. Not sure if the per sale checks are adequate or if this is a deeper reoccurring issue with this vehicle, either way we are not happy to have to take the car back for an uncertain amount of time for the issue to be resolved.

I had a wonderful experience with CMA’s Hyundai. I went to see a new color of the Ioniq 5 that was on the lot. As I live an hour away, I only planned to window shop and to lease closer to where I live. Larry Gascoigne met me and showed me the car. There was no sales pressure. We had a very congenial chat about this car in particular and cars in general. He then invited me to test drive it, which we did. When we got back, we had a nice conversation with the sales manager Tom Roe. Again no pressure, but Tom expressed a willingness to work out something if I was interested. When I got home, I gave them some numbers I had gotten from another dealer. Larry and Tom got back to me quickly with a much better offer. It was easy and non-confrontational. They created trust. We agreed and I picked up the car the next day. Best car buying experience I have ever had and I am 72.
