Customers purchasing any CMA’s Pre-Owned vehicle will receive the absolute right to return the purchased vehicle to our selling dealership within 3 days calendar days of the date of delivery. This right is limited to a maximum mileage driven of 250 miles and the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery. If there was a trade-in involved with the sale, the customer’s trade will be returned to the customer in the same condition as when traded in at the time of sale. The customer will be refunded any amount of money paid to the dealership in the consummation of the sale and the financing if any will remain in place.
Customers purchasing CMA’s Pre-Owned vehicles (excluding CMA’s As-Is vehicles) will receive the right to exchange the purchased vehicle for another vehicle in stock at the selling dealership. Customer will receive the full credit for the amount paid including the Dealer Processing Fee for the vehicle but less the state sales/title tax and license and title fees. This exchange right must be executed within 30 calendar days of sale and before the vehicle has accumulated 750 miles. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery. This credit will be applied to the replacement vehicle’s selling price at the time of the transaction. If financing was involved in the purchase of either the car being returned or the one selected for exchange, this right of exchange will be subject to financing by the selected source.
