I left a review several times already. I think I had a great salesman who was just following orders. I was "force- fed a vehicle due to limited resources. I was not shown multiple vehicle choices- basically saying "take it or leave it". I was not shown vehicle features/ capabilities beforehand, or just after signing/sale. Next day, was greeted by a less than enthusiastic sub salesman- my origional salesman was off, who- after some persuasion, sent me to service to solve my concerns...never really solved. I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. The staff were warm, personable, and competent. They went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. From the start of the transaction they were highly transparent and put everything in writing, which gave me the confidence that the deal was fair. It was worth the travel from PA. In for safety recall repair…super easy to schedule when it worked for ME! This new building/service center is FANCY! Drive right inside the garage (no searching for parking spot then running through the rain). Easily hop out & you’re right there by the comfy waiting area. We were traveling from Chesapeake when our Tucson’s engine overheating alarm came on. We pulled in realizing the service dept was closing in 30 minutes. The staff were so kind. Ran diagnostics and assured us the small leak in one of the hoses would get us home with no issues. Topped off the coolant and sent us on our way. Appreciate their kindness especially knowing they didn’t have to do anything. If we lived in Winchester this would definitely be our dealership. The service staff are the best!

We were traveling from Pennsylvania to NC and experience a low oil light and stopped in CMA to have it looked at. We had the best service, they took us in and evaluated the situation and how us on our way in 1/2 hour. They were very accommodating and concerned for us and the car. Diron Corrigan and his co worker were fabulous. Brent was the technician who did a thorough inspection and was able to provide top notch service. Can’t say enough about these guys. My salesperson Seth went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I wanted was available and ready to go once all my paperwork was signed. Joshua in finance handled all the paperwork and took the time to explain in detail what needed to be signed. Both gentlemen were very professional.
The young man who serviced my car was very polite and helpful. He went step by step on how to check, add, and how often to check my oil. Kudos to him for being patient with an older customer.

We came in close to closing time on a Saturday.. We never felt rushed and was able to take a test drive and ended up purchasing a vehicle. Even though we were there much longer than closing time everyone was courteous and made it a wonderful experience.

We worked with Glenn and he was great. He was warm and welcoming while also being down to earth. He was patient while we made our decision over a few days and wasn't pushy at all. My wish is that the closing of the deal didn't take such a long time.

Would appreciate better respect for time. If I come in stating I have an appointment after, and someone tells me 30-35 minutes, I expect to be in and out in close to that time, vs a bit over an hour. I was not late for my appointment in Martinsburg, WV, but I did not have much time between those appointments.
